My mum was loved by so many and will always be remembered.

To the best grandma in the world, I really don't know how to put into words how much you mean to me, I will always be so grateful for all you did for me and chelsie after mum died. You scooped us up and tried to make the hole left in our life a little smaller. I have so many wonderful memories I will carry with me for ever. Thank you for being my grandma. I love you forever and always. Xxxxxxx
