Times Gone BY

Ann and I became friends in the early sixties as we were both dating brothers who were musicians and played in a band so we enjoyed many a night out dancing to the Mersey-beat. We finished up marrying the brothers and having children, but life took us in different directions. My family and I left England for Canada and because Ann and my first marriages didn't survive, there was a time our families were out of touch. However, I remarried and fortunately my new husband took on my family with great ease, so we became and still  are good friends with my ex, so he kept us fully informed on the happenings of Ann and her family. Because of the electronic world we live in I am happy to say Ann and I finally became online friends and the years just fell away. It was lovely to see her smile and see the love she  had for everyone and have it returned ten fold. We had the pleasure of Joanne and family visit us here in Canada quite recently and I know how thrilled Ann was for all of us.

Ann was a wonderful lady, kind, helpful, loyal and a wonderful mother and grandmother and I am grateful to have known her.

God bless you my dear.     Much love, Beryl xo
